SAN PEDRO DEL PINATAR
A protected natural beach with dunes and salt lakes. It is located in the Parque Regional de las Salinas y Arenales de San Pedro. Over here you can see how the Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor (Minor Sea) converge. Here it is performed the ancient art of fishing known as 'encañizadas' -consisting in creating sort of a maze with canes and nets, so that fishes get trapped- because of the area fish abundance.
SAN PEDRO DEL PINATAR
A protected natural beach with dunes and salt flats, situated in the Salinas y Arenales de San Pedro Regional Park. It is the second section of the La Llana beaches and the only place where you can find a bit of shade provided by a cluster of palm trees. It is situated between the beaches of Las Salinas and Punta de Algas.

It is located in the regional park Parque Regional de Las Salinas y Arenales de San Pedro del Pinatar. This is the first beach which can be found in La Llana, and the most visited one as it is near the car park.
