Alhama�s holy week: from the inside (in english)

Meeting point: Tourist Office (Avenida Constituci�n, 10). - 10.00 h.Guided tour in English of�the Church of San L�zaro Obispo and several brotherhoods of Alhama de Murcia to learn, from the inside, about their history and the arrangements that make the celebration of this festivity possible. It is a walking tour, so we recommend comfortable shoes and clothes. Approximated duration: 3 hours. Not recommended to people with reduced mobility.The visits in Spanish are available under the name "Semana Santa: las procesiones desde dentro".

Therapeutic hiking is aimed at all those who feel the need for change in their lives. It helps one to control anxiety and to seize the reigns of their life so that everything takes on meaning. The aim of this activity is to help you relax and feel good through a setting conducive to calm and reflection: mountains. During the activity you will be accompanied by a psychotherapist and a guide.� �Although we will be hiking through the Sierra Espuna Regional Park, the activity uses the route as a context and medium through which to focus on psychological issues affecting mental health.
