Desde 1992, La Tartana se ha convertido en un establecimiento de referencia en la ciudad gracias a su cocina elaborada y equilibrada, donde comer una gran variedad de carnes, pescados, arroces y platos sobresalientes de la tradición culinaria de nuestra región. Recientemente renovado estéticamente como gastronómicamente se encuentra ubicado en la calle peatonal más céntrica de Cartagena: Puertas de Murcia.
