SANTIAGO DE LA RIBERA: THE MAR MENOR PEARL (ENGLISH GUIDED TOUR)  A marvellous walking tour through the most important sights of Santiago de la Ribera will take you through its historical streets and buildings. From the Time of the foundation at Torre Mínguez to the nowadays fishing village you will get to know about the General Spanish Air Academy (enjoying  their plane models), Casa Grande Building, the Art Nouveau building of Conde Campillo or its famous yatch club.During the walk, as witness since centuries ago, we find the Mar Menor: an unique lagoon which is part of the DNA of Santiago de la Ribera. Our stroll will end in a magnificent point: The Castillico Beach.

El origen del Mar Menor

Paseo por esta bella localidad costera donde descubriremos sus lugares emblemáticos. Recorreremos sus calles conociendo su historia desde su fundación a través de sus edificios emblemáticos. Desde la Torre Mínguez que dio lugar al pueblo pesquero que es hoy, la Academia General del Aire donde se han formado y forman los pilotos de combate españoles, Casa Grande origen del veraneo Ribereño. Palacete modernista del conde de Campillo así como otros edificios destacando su Real Club de Regatas, un edificio cuya arquitectura fue revolucionaria en su tiempo y hoy sigue siendo un ejemplo de vanguardia. Durante el paseo nos acompaña el Mar Menor y podremos disfrutar de las maquetas de los aviones que han hecho historia en la Academia General del Aire. Llegaremos por su gran paseo marítimo a la Ciudad del Aire lugar de residencia de los miembros de la academia, terminando nuestro paseo en la playa de Castillico.

Experiential livestock agrotourism activity, on the farm "Oicas" in Archivel, thanks to the love that Daniel has with his animals, offers to make us spend a special morning, in the municipality of Caravaca de la Cruz. This activity offers to activate the senses and feelings to understand its importance in our lives and in our ecosystem. What is included in the tour? - Open doors of the livestock- A place in the interior of Murcia, with enthusiasm for the countryside and transmit it to everyone who visits it- Practical shearing workshop to remove the wool from the Segureña sheep. - Soft drinks and cold drinks The activity begins that day, but it does not have an end since we will continue to be in contact through the whatsapp group "Connected between sheep Caravaca de la Cruz 2024", and it will be a special occasion to ask about local products.
