The next day will be a tour of the cellars of Yecla where in each stop the first monastrell wines accompanied by tapas will be tasted.10:00 AM First stop. Finca el Espinal de Bodegas Castaño where the first wines will be tasted and accompanied by crumbs elaborated by Restaurante Aurora. 11:30 AM Second stop. SAN JAVIER "The Vía Herculea"Guided tour starts at the San Javier Museum, where we can learn about the town's history from the early days as well as knowing the life of illustrious people born in the municipality. The different objects exhibited there, such as an airplane donated by the San Javier Air Base, will take us on a journey through the past. The Nativity Scene (Belén), one of the main tourist attractions in San Javier as well as a tradition with deep roots in the whole Region, is featured at the museum. After leaving the museum we will have a walk to the parish church of Saint Francis Xavier, one of the first churches built in the Mar Menor area. The temple houses several works of art by renowned artists, like the sculptor Sánchez Lozano or the painter Muñoz Barberán. Strolling on we arrive at the Almansa Park, located on the former Tomás Maestre estate. Nowadays this park is a cultural landmark in the municipality, where important festivals such as the International Jazz Festival and the Interantional Festival of Theatre, Music and Dance are held.

This marvellous experience begins with a short orientation for the riders on their respective horses. Once we get used to them a bit we will head out for a short ride around the riding ring before making our way into the wild area of Calblanque, and beginning to descend towards the beach.The spectacular views, the scent of the sea as we near the shore, and the potential company of peregrine falcons, will make us feel like we're in a movie. We¿ll have the opportunity to ride along the beach and immortalize this incredible moment, which we will remember our whole lives, before we take the road leading back to the stables.
