Sierra Espuña is a historic and magical forest, a protected space home to hundreds of animal and plant species in which diversity is celebrated in every corner. Here you'll feel the peace that only nature can provide.   Prepare your senses for a complete mindful hiking experience, complemented by a unique yoga and meditation session during the trek.  You'll feel like time has stopped and there is nothing but your full consciousness, control of your breath, and your integration into what is happening here and now. Listen to the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, feel the pure air slowly filling your lungs, let the wind caress your skin, and smell the scent of a forest teeming with life.   Location: Sierra Espuña Regional Park.

El origen del Mar Menor

Paseo por esta bella localidad costera donde descubriremos sus lugares emblemáticos. Recorreremos sus calles conociendo su historia desde su fundación a través de sus edificios emblemáticos. Desde la Torre Mínguez que dio lugar al pueblo pesquero que es hoy, la Academia General del Aire donde se han formado y forman los pilotos de combate españoles, Casa Grande origen del veraneo Ribereño. Palacete modernista del conde de Campillo así como otros edificios destacando su Real Club de Regatas, un edificio cuya arquitectura fue revolucionaria en su tiempo y hoy sigue siendo un ejemplo de vanguardia. Durante el paseo nos acompaña el Mar Menor y podremos disfrutar de las maquetas de los aviones que han hecho historia en la Academia General del Aire. Llegaremos por su gran paseo marítimo a la Ciudad del Aire lugar de residencia de los miembros de la academia, terminando nuestro paseo en la playa de Castillico.

5. two seas grosa island tour with stop for swim (La Manga, km3) "speedboat solfi" 11:00 (2h30')

TOUR:Fast boat route, 10 km crossing along La Manga from the Mar Menor to Tomás Maestre Port, Estacio Channel and then sailing off to the Mediterranean Sea through the Drawbridge. We will approach GROSA ISLAND. Including stop for swim and snorlkel. OBSERVATIONS:Duration: 2h30' (around 30' for stop bath)Comments during the tour only in Spanish. (Comment text available in English). The bathing stop may vary depending on the sea conditions. Common bathing areas: Isla Grosa, Farallón, Ensenada del Esparto, Caleta del Estacio and Isla del Barón in the Mar Menor.Navigation with a fast boat. Boat capacity: 11 passengers + captain (including). One beer, soft drink or water including per person. Glasses and tube for snorkelling available on board.- The realization of this route is subject to a minimum total  of 4 people.
