Alhama�s holy week: from the inside (in english)

Meeting point: Tourist Office (Avenida Constituci�n, 10). - 10.00 h.Guided tour in English of�the Church of San L�zaro Obispo and several brotherhoods of Alhama de Murcia to learn, from the inside, about their history and the arrangements that make the celebration of this festivity possible. It is a walking tour, so we recommend comfortable shoes and clothes. Approximated duration: 3 hours. The touristic descent down the Segura river. The Ca��n de Almadenes passes a natural protected space of riparian forest, where some of the last otters in the Region live. El origen del Mar Menor

Paseo por esta bella localidad costera donde descubriremos sus lugares emblem�ticos. Recorreremos sus calles conociendo su historia desde su fundaci�n a trav�s de sus edificios emblem�ticos. Desde la Torre M�nguez que dio lugar al pueblo pesquero que es hoy, la Academia General del Aire donde se han formado y forman los pilotos de combate espa�oles, Casa Grande origen del veraneo Ribere�o. Palacete modernista del conde de Campillo as� como otros edificios destacando su Real Club de Regatas, un edificio cuya arquitectura fue revolucionaria en su tiempo y hoy sigue siendo un ejemplo de vanguardia. Durante el paseo nos acompa�a el Mar Menor y podremos disfrutar de las maquetas de los aviones que han hecho historia en la Academia General del Aire. Llegaremos por su gran paseo mar�timo a la Ciudad del Aire lugar de residencia de los miembros de la academia, terminando nuestro paseo en la playa de Castillico.
