Therapeutic mountain hiking

Therapeutic hiking is aimed at all those who feel the need for change in their lives. It helps one to control anxiety and to seize the reigns of their life so that everything takes on meaning. The aim of this activity is to help you relax and feel good through a setting conducive to calm and reflection: mountains. During the activity you will be accompanied by a psychotherapist and a guide.� �Although we will be hiking through the Sierra Espuna Regional Park, the activity uses the route as a context and medium through which to focus on psychological issues affecting mental health. We will explore the participants' concerns and reflections in order to, little by little, shape and channel their lives.� �Location: Revolcadores (Sierra Espu�a).

Neptune�s cave

Neptune's Cave is one of our greatest activities. Discover a unique and exclusive enclave along our coast. We'll start with a group kayak trip that takes about 50 minutes, leaving from El Port�s and continuing along a beautiful section of the lower coast of Mount La Muela until we reach a virgin beach, a beautiful site where, in addition to enjoying the paradise-like scenery, we can take a dip and snorkel. We will then descend, via rappelling or zip line, to Neptune's Cave, and enjoy a magical swim there. This is a very complete activity that combines nature, the sea, a little hiking and climbing, and snorkeling; a multi-activity adventure designed to have fun and learn about an area of great beauty. Leisure and adventure are assured.Adequate physical condition is necessary. One must be able to paddle for about 50 minutes, walk with some agility, know how to swim, and not have mobility or other limitations impeding participation in the activity.Cartagena-La Azoh�a Kayak Trip Immerse yourself in the unique experience of kayaking along a wild coastline just waiting to be explored. We'll discover dreamy places, gliding between reefs, bordering cliffs, and resting in virgin coves, in full contact with nature.�Through these self-sufficient outings we'll enjoy the Mediterranean coast from an exclusive point of view. Tracing every nook and cranny of this wild coast, we will sleep on a virgin beach.

TOUR BODEGA BALCONA��Partal, The expression of our terroir.�.Balcona Winery is located in the Valley of Aceniche, among vineyards, more than 800 m. altitude. The Aceniche Valley is naturally landscaped declared interest Since 1999 we are committed to promoting wine tourism for our area and our wines.Since 2006 we are members of Bullas Wine Route, certified ACEVIN (Spanish Association of Wine Cities). The next day will be a tour of the cellars of Yecla where in each stop the first monastrell wines accompanied by tapas will be tasted.10:00 AM First stop.
