Lorca
muBBla is the Embroidery Museum of Paso Blanco, one of the brotherhoods of Holy Week in Lorca. The monumental complex of the convent of Santo Domingo houses the museum (in the old church of Santo Domingo) and the Chapel of the Rosary. The handmade embroidery in silk and gold is an official candidate for Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. In the Chamber of Wonders you will see 6 of the first embroidered BICs in Spain, which are the mantle of the Virgin of the Bitterness and its canopy, along with the Prayer in the Garden banner (in 2018 it is 100 years old). In the annex Chapel of the Rosary are the religious images that accompany the Virgin of the Bitterness during the processions of Lorca: San Juan, Christ in the Prayer in the Garden and the Veronica.

“Mucho más que correr” llega a Abarán El municipio de Abarán se prepara para acoger el taller de formación deportiva “Mucho más que correr”, una iniciativa del programa “Abarán Vive el Deporte” centrada en mejorar el rendimiento, la técnica y los hábitos saludables en torno al atletismo. Programa de actividades: Viernes 15 de mayo | 19:00 a 21:00 Sala Dinamic del CIMA - ENERGÍA Y RENDIMIENTO Sesión sobre la importancia de la energía en el entrenamiento, con recomendaciones prácticas y elaboración de barritas energéticas. Sábado 16 de mayo | 11:00 Parque Municipal - JUGANDO AL ATLETISMO EN FAMILIA Jornada familiar con actividades lúdicas para fomentar el atletismo desde edades tempranas. Sábado 30 de mayo | 9:00 a 11:00 Paraje de El Jarral - MUCHO MÁS QUE CORRER Sesión centrada en la técnica de carrera y la preparación previa a la competición. Todas las sesiones estarán impartidas por el entrenador José Moli, acompañado en la primera jornada por el nutricionista Luis Hidalgo. Una propuesta pensada para ir más allá de correr y ofrecer una formación completa para deportistas de todos los niveles.

El MUDEM es un espacio cultural museístico para proteger y difundir los restos rescatados en 2004 en la muralla de Molina de Segura, el hisn Mulina andalusí. Un espacio con un enfoque lúdico e interactivo a la par que didáctico y reflexivo, que brinda la posibilidad de conocer mejor la historia de Molina de Segura en el contexto del antiguo Reino de Murcia. Cartagena
The museum houses one of the most complete archaeological exhibits in the region. The site was built in 1982 around a late-Roman necropolis, which is probably the structure that gives more character to the museum.
